    This research has been an issue in Bridge Weigh-in-Motion (B-WIM), which detects traffic weight by using the vibration response of the bridge. We have developed a B-WIM (1) with simplified measurement equipment and (2) a system that automates the acquisition of the influence line of the bridge (calibration).
    In previous B-WIMs, number of required sensors Number of caused an increase in system maintenance costs. In this research, the car's enter-exit time in the bridge was detected by one accelerometer installed in the center of the girder. We proposed a method that estimates the axle weight of a traffic car by integrating the same acceleration data. Focusing on the route bus that runs regularly, the calibration was automated by detecting the route bus from the acceleration of the bridge.

    In this research, the traffic environment and vibration characteristics of the bridge superstructure were clarified, and the identification method of the damping ratio related to the vibration energy was examined.
    First, acceleration measurements were carried out on three road bridges, and vibration characteristics such as vibration modes, damping ratios, and vibration energy were analyzed. Since the damping characteristics vary due to environmental disturbances such as traffic environment and air temperature, the effects of disturbances were analyzed and proposed a method for evaluating damping ratio. In addition, a prototype monitoring system, which consists of measurement, communication and recording devices to observe the dynamic behavior of the superstructure of the bridge, was constructed. Long-Term monitoring on the actual road bridge has been carried out, and the analysis method of damping characteristics considering disturbances was improved.

    [テーマ(2)] 交通条件によって異なる橋梁の振動環境と発電の関係を明らかにするため,開発した同調質量系二質点系発電デバイス(TDMG)の実橋梁での適用実験において,TDMGの各マスと対象橋梁に設置した加速度センサを用いて振動加速度の計測を行った.得られた加速度データから卓越振動数を抽出し,対象橋梁の振動モード毎の振動エネルギーを算出することで,発電エネルギーと橋梁の振動エネルギーの振動モード毎の関係を分析した.その結果,交通条件は曜日と時間帯によって大きく分けられ,交通条件によって励起されやすい橋梁の振動モードが異なることを示し,自動車交通による振動モード毎の振動エネルギーと発電エネルギーの関係を示した.その上で,これまでの大型車交通を対象とした発電だけでなく,総交通量の多い小型車交通からも発電が可能な発電装置を提案した.
    [テーマ(5)] これまで当該研究者は,TDMGのばね・マス等のメカニカルなシステムに主眼を置いたパラメータ調整方法を提案し,大型車交通により励起される橋梁振動から発電を可能としたが,それに加えて橋梁の様々な振動環境に対して効率的に発電するため,発電装置内部の電磁気的パラメータを加えたTDMGシステム全体のパラメータ設計を行った.新たに開発した発電装置を搭載したTDMGの発電性能の検証のため実橋梁での適用実験を行い,発電量と橋梁の加速度計測結果から,様々な車両交通により励起される橋梁の振動エネルギーをTDMGが吸収し発電できることを示した.さらに,瞬間値でワットクラスの発電電力を達成し,MEMS振動センサ等を用いた一般的な橋梁のモニタリングシステムに十分な電気エネルギーが発電できることを示した.その上で,TDMGによる発電エネルギーの蓄電実験を行い,実験期間において発電エネルギーが蓄電可能であることを示し,橋梁を対象としたワイヤレスモニタリングシステムに電力の供給と運用を試みた.

    高力ボルト接合のボルト軸力は供用中に様々な影響で低下する場合があり,接合の現有性能把握の上で,ボルト軸力を評価することは重要である.これまで,既設ボルトの軸力計測手法は複数提案されているが,評価精度や適用性の面で改善の余地がある.本研究では超音波計測による方法に着目し,まず得られた波形にランダムフォレストを用いた機械学習を適用することで,超音波計測波形の初期時間帯にボルト軸力と関連する情報が含まれる可能性を確認した.さらに評価精度向上のため,ボルト軸力と関連する区間を選定し,選定区間に寄生的離散ウェーブレット変換(P-DWT)の信号処理を加え,線形回帰による機械学習を適用することで,ボルト軸力の定量的評価を試みた.その結果,ボルト長さの影響を受けずにボルト軸力を高精度に評価できる可能性が示された.

    The structural monitoring of civil engineering structures such as bridges has been of importance recently, and one of the key issues in structural monitoring is to grasp the dynamic behaviors of the structures. In this study, by utilizing the power generation characteristics of electrets, new innovative vibration sensors are investigated using electret material. The concept and the fundamental characteristics of the power generation sensors were described. Furthermore, the development of a new very low resonance frequency vibration sensor with electrets was undertaken, and the performance of the new sensors was evaluated.

    本研究では,橋梁振動を対象とした同調質量系発電デバイスのプロトタイプを開発し,発電特性を明らかにすることを目的として,実橋梁にて環境振動発電を試みた.同調質量系発電デバイスは,従来橋梁の制振のために設置される同調質量ダンパー(TMD)を応用し,ダンパーが吸収するエネルギーをもとにEnergy Harvesterとして活用するものである.開発した同調質量系発電デバイスを道路橋に設置し発電と蓄電を試みた結果,従来の構造物を対象とした環境振動発電より数オーダー大きいワットレベルの発電電力を発揮し,複数のMEMSセンサや様々なデバイスに必要な電力を十分まかなえることを示した.また,同調質量系発電デバイスのエネルギー変換効率および発電電力と大型車交通量の関係について検討を行った.

    土木構造物の構造材料として現在用いられているものは、主として鋼とコンクリートおよび土である。
     このうち、コンクリートに関しては、その使用材料、フレッシュコンクリートおよび硬化コンクリートの性質について学習する。身近な材料であるコンクリートの性質を理解し、「コンクリートは生き物である」ことを認識することを目標とする。
     鋼に関しては、軽量である割に強いことから、軟弱地盤の多い我が国では比較的多く用いられている。本講義では、土木構造物、特に鋼製の橋に用いられる鋼材の力学的特性や長所・短所、鋼材の接合方法についてに理解することを目標とする。
