  • 「再生医療の実用化を目指した生物工学的研究」
    iPS細胞やES細胞などの多能性幹細胞について培養工学の観点から研究を行っています。多能性幹細胞から効率よく目的細胞をつくり出すために、細胞の増やし方(増殖法)や心筋などの機能細胞に変化させる技術(分化誘導法)の開発を行っています。また、再生医療の実用化へ向けて細胞の品質評価に関する研究を行っています。
